Social workers will learn a basic overview of Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills for suicidal clients.
The learning objectives will be to:
Practice Mindfulness
Understanding the 4 modules of DBT
Implementation of Basic DBT crisis management skills
Utilization of CSSR and Stanley Brown Safety Plan for suicidal people.
Question and Answer period will follow the presentation.
