Anyta Wilson, LCSW, will present “Happily Ever After” is a Set Up!

This workshop will explore the stories people tell themselves about their relationships and how these stories can interfere with building authentic connections. We will revisit children’s stories looking for models of healthy relationships and warning signs of problematic boundaries.

Participants will:

Identify 5 common relationship stories.

Understand the Goldilocks problem in relationships.

Create their own Treasure Map for discovering friendship.
