Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy assist clients to relax and directly address their difficult to treat symptoms commonly found anxiety, some forms of depression, OCD, and Anorexia. Gottman techniques assist people to connect to each other and form better partnerships. Join us to discuss how to use these techniques can be used in mediating disagreements in a variety of settings but focusing on dissolution of marriage.
