She has created 30 day and 3-month coaching programs helping women overcome emotional eating and a lack of self-care. Laura is a licensed professional counselor and a masters level certified wellness coach and fuses these expertise, along with her personal experience with overcoming emotional eating and constant stress and exhaustion to support others struggling through similar issues. She is passionate about spreading the message of mindfulness and helps women regain the energy, focus, and vitality they desire and deserve.
